When a company is looking for acquisitions, many times their business development group, if they have one, is busy just looking over the opportunities that cross their desk weekly.  We have the resources to research and generate a large list of potential candidates we can review with you prior to the search. We act as an extension of your group and have the focused time to inquire and follow-up at a future date with those companies. This opportunity is exclusive  to you. When working for a buyer in a market or geographical space, we do not engage other buyers in that space.

In order to not waste time with bringing
companies to you that are not a fit we:

 

1. Will thoroughly understand your criteria in terms of market, geographic, revenue and profit targets and product synergies.

2. Will not bring any prospect to your company before being able to explain to you those synergies, have an accurate 3-year Performa P&L and balance sheet and have an understanding with the seller as to a reasonable valuation of his company.

3. Although we work exclusively for the buyer, we have found that the seller, if a smaller company, looks to us to help guide them.  This allows us to look after your interests and ensure the deal is finalized.  We will work with you through the entire due diligence and purchase order process.

Again, there is no fee or retainer unless we close a deal.
